A true cult sauce

What started as a tasty condiment for toasted sandwiches at the Bolzano Mosquito Bar has now evolved into a market-ready product, developed by Tobias “Tobe” Planer of Ahoi Minigolf Bolzano in our Kitchen Lab. We supported him every step of the way as he evolved his idea into a successful product, from recipe development and shelf-life testing to labelling and product safety. The result? A condiment set to eclipse its cult status. Watch the video below to see for yourself.
