What’s allowed – and what’s not
The NOI Techpark premises in Bolzano and Brunico are public spaces that are used privately. Various areas – such as the Piazza and the water tower in Bolzano – are protected by monument preservation laws and other regulations.
Please note that photography and video recording on the NOI Techpark premises in Bolzano and Brunico are not permitted without prior explicit approval. If you’ve received permission from us, you may only photograph, film or livestream on the agreed date and at the approved locations.

Who are you, and who do you work for?
What will you be photographing and/or filming? (e.g., products/interviews/film scenes, etc.)
Is the shoot part of a commercial project?
Which areas of NOI Techpark are you planning to use for photos or filming? Will any spaces need to be (partially) blocked off?
Are you planning to bring large amounts of equipment and/or a large crew? Do you require additional spaces? (e.g., storage, a break room, etc.)
Where do you plan to publish or share the photos and/or videos?

Any potential costs depend on a few factors – mainly the type of shoot you’re planning and which spaces you’d like to use. Once we have all the details, we’ll provide a personalised cost estimate.

Already finished shooting but didn’t get permission?
NOI has the right to request the removal of any published photos or videos that were shot without proper authorisation.
