Wine, juice and beer: we can quickly measure the most important parameters.
This laboratory examines wine, grape must, fruit juices and grapes. An FT-IR spectrometer (Fourier Transformation Infrared) is used to measure the most important parameters in the shortest possible time and with minimal sample preparation. Soon we will also be able to analyse beers and distillates in our laboratory.
