Main Responsibilities
1. Technical Planning and Implementation:
Ensure that the solutions comply with environmental, safety, and quality standards.
2. Supplier and Contractor Management:
Select and manage suppliers and contractors for materials, components, and equipment. o Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable conditions for the company and high-quality products/services.
Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with timelines, specifications, and costs.
3. Quality Control and Safety:
Ensure adherence to quality standards at every stage of the project, from design to execution.
Monitor and ensure safety at construction sites and installations, complying with occupational health and safety regulations and preventing accidents.
4. Performance Analysis and Optimization:
Identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions to optimize systems and reduce energy consumption.
5. Budget and Cost Management:
Manage the project budget, constantly monitoring costs and ensuring the project stays within the allocated financial limits.
Anticipate and manage any unforeseen costs that could affect the budget, such as technical issues or delays.
6. Research and Development of Innovative Solutions:
Stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends in the photovoltaic sector and propose innovative and sustainable solutions.
7. Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare project status reports and detailed technical documentation.
Ensure all project documentation (contracts, permits, designs, progress reports, etc.) is complete and up to date.

Competency Profile
Education: Degree in Engineering, Energy, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: At least 3-5 years of professional experience in project management within the energy sector, renewable energy, or photovoltaic industry, with hands-on experience in solar installations or energy storage systems.
Renewable Energy Technologies: In-depth knowledge of photovoltaic technologies and energy storage systems, as well as environmental regulations and energy efficiency standards.
Project Management: Strong skills in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
Energy Efficiency: Ability to evaluate energy efficiency metrics and propose optimization solutions.
Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Language Skills: Fluency in German, English, and Italian, both written and spoken.
