Agri-Automation – Automation in Agriculture

The right action in the right place at the right time: Intelligent systems and automated processes are playing an increasingly important role also in agriculture. 

What is the focus of research in precision farming? What results have already been achieved and what are the concrete application examples? Innovative approaches in plant cultivation in the Alpine region will be the main topic of the event on 7 March 2024 at the NOI Techpark Bolzano: researchers and South Tyrolean companies and start-ups will provide insights into the state of the art, current developments and future trends in the form of keynotes, presentations and lab visits.

The event is aimed at companies in the sectors agricultural machinery, electronics, and automation, as well as R&D institutions, and will provide an opportunity for dialogue and networking. Guided tours of the new laboratories of the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano will also be offered.




The conference will be held in German and Italian with simultaneous translation.

The event is free of charge. Registration within 06.03.2024 is required to attend.
