As the company continues to grow, we are looking for a reliable and organized person to support our daily operations and help us build scalable processes for the future.

Job description

The selected candidate will work closely with the CEO and the team, supporting the operational side of the business. The role includes CRM management, follow-up tracking, document organization, quotation monitoring and the implementation of processes that help keep daily operations efficient and well organized.

Tasks

  • Update and maintain the company CRM.

  • Keep track of quotations, opportunities and follow-up activities.

  • Organize company files, folders and documentation.

  • Collect, update and manage company information and records.

  • Support back-office sales and administrative activities.

  • Help improve the organization of daily operations.

  • Assist the team with operational tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.

  • Native or near-native Italian language proficiency.

  • Good working knowledge of English.

  • Confident user of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and common business software tools.

  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, shared drives, online collaboration platforms and digital databases.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems is considered a plus.

  • Basic understanding of business terminology, quotations, price lists and commercial documentation.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines.

  • Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.

  • Reliable, flexible and eager to contribute to a growing startup environment.
