AI WITHOUT BIAS? HOW DO WE ACHIEVE INCLUSIVE TECHNOLOGY

AI is used in many areas of life for personnel selection. The technology per se is not neutral, but is based on data sets that are often inadequate and unbalanced. This can reinforce biases and prejudices from the real world. In this impulse conference, we will discuss with two experts what we can do to make artificial intelligence more gender-equitable and inclusive in the future.
