In this hands-on workshop, we’ll show you how the roboqbo processes vegetables efficiently – and with a focus on quality – transforming them into creams, pestos, sauces, spreads and fillings. With the device’s clear processes and consistently reliable results, your harvest can become a premium regional delicacy that adds genuine value to your product range. 

What to expect: 

  • Smart processing: Product ideas for vegetables – from recipe development to process optimisation. 

  • Inside the process line: Discover what the roboqbo can do, how it works and where it can add the greatest value. 

  • The roboqbo live: Cooking, cooling, mixing, emulsifying and more – the functions are demonstrated step by step. 

  • Real-world insight: Hear a local success story showing how this technology can create added value. 

  • Funding & services: Learn what NOI’s Kitchen Lab and BASIS Vinschgau Venosta have to offer – including available funding opportunities. 

  • Tasting session: Enjoy sampling the freshly made products. 

 

This workshop is ideal for farmers, small and medium-sized enterprises in the food sector, as well as catering services and hotel businesses. Participation is free, but places are limited – so register now:
