From fresh fruit to quality products with the roboqbo 

Apples, pears, berries and more are simply delicious – and not only when freshly picked! Would you like to expand your product range with fruit-based products or make the most of surplus harvests? In this hands-on workshop, we’ll show you how to develop market-ready recipes in no time using the roboqbo. Spreads, chutneys, syrups, jellies, sorbets or dessert bases – every recipe can be quickly tested, refined and scaled to suit your needs. 

What to expect: 

  • From idea to product: Develop and scale new recipes. 

  • Inside the process line: Discover what the roboqbo can do, how it works and where it can add the greatest value. 

  • The roboqbo in action: Cooking, cooling, mixing, emulsifying and more, all in one compact system – demonstrated live with a fruit-based recipe. 

  • Real-world insights: Hear a local success story demonstrating how this technology can create added value. 

  • Funding & services: Learn what NOI’s Kitchen Lab and BASIS Vinschgau Venosta have to offer – including available funding opportunities. 

  • Tasting session: Enjoy sampling the freshly made products. 

 

This workshop is ideal for farmers, small and medium-sized businesses in the food sector, ice cream parlours and patisseries, as well as catering services and hotel businesses. Participation is free, but places are limited – so register now.
