πŸ‘‰ What makes bread so fluffy or yogurt so creamy? Let’s find out together in this adventure into the world of fermentation, created especially for you during ICFF, the International Conference on Fermented Foods, taking place at NOI from October 27 to 30!
We’ll embark on a journey to discover microorganisms: those living inside our bodies as well as in the food we eat. And what about bacteria? Are they always bad?
We’ll learn what they are and how they grow, how we can observe them up close, and most importantly how these microorganisms transform everyday ingredients into extraordinary foods through a chemical process called fermentation.
