User-centred system optimisation
Evaluation of real user interactions
Integration into iterative development processes
What does it feel like to interact with an intelligent system? When does a product feel intuitive to use? And how can that even be measured? In the User Experience Lab, digital and physical prototypes are tested under real-world conditions – capturing and analysing users’ behavioural and physiological responses. These valuable insights are used to refine system design – or to return to the drawing board when necessary.
Test data is collected using iMotions software along with hardware that measures psychophysiological signals: eye tracking, skin conductance (GSR), facial expression analysis, EEG, EMG and ECG – all integrated into a single platform. This approach provides objective insights into user behaviour and experiences that would otherwise remain hidden.
