  • This position is hybrid and ideal for candidates based in Trentino-Alto Adige as occasional working from office is required. Candidates must have Italian residency and be fluent in English, Italian and ideally German. The company’s working language is English.

  • The Project Manager Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in assisting Arxax executives in the effective management and coordination of the company’s business development. The position, initially part-time (20 hours per week), offers a transition prospect to full-time employment.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:

  • Collaborate with executives to plan, execute, and monitor projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.

  • Utilize project management tools to track progress, milestones, and deliverables.

  • Executive Support:

  • Provide comprehensive executive support by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling communications in English, Italian, and German.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation.

  • Human Resources Management:

  • Support HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

  • Assist in maintaining HR records and policies.

  • Accounting Support:

  • Assist in basic accounting tasks, such as expense reporting and invoice processing.

  • Collaborate with the finance team on financial record-keeping.

  • Multilingual Communication:

  • Act as a language bridge, facilitating communication between executives and stakeholders in English, Italian, and German.

  • Translate and interpret materials as needed.

  • Office and Project Management Software:

  • Demonstrate proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite) and project management tools to enhance efficiency and collaboration.

  • Provide training and onboarding support to new members of the team.

  • Hybrid Working:

  • Navigate a hybrid work environment, spending time at the NOI Tech Park offices in Bolzano and seamlessly transitioning between on-site and smart working.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant with a strong background in Project Management.

  • Fluent in English, Italian, and ideally German.

  • Proficient in office software and project management tools.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

  • A go and getter personality
