Job description
We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer to strengthen and lead our software development team. Additionally, this role includes a growth path towards leadership and technical management positions for those who wish to develop team and project management skills.
Tasks
Full Stack Development: design, development, testing, and maintenance of web and mobile applications and supporting APIs
Deployment and management of cloud services
Optimization and scalability: improving platform eff iciency while ensuring high performance
Technological innovation: researching and implementing new technologies for continuous content improvement
Team collaboration: interfacing with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technological solutions
Technical leadership: coordinating and mentoring other developers, defining coding standards and best practices, supervising technical implementations, and actively participating in decision-making processes with stakeholders to determine strategic project directions
Maintenance and security: ensuring stable and secure operation of the developed platforms
Requirements
Technical Skills
Front-End: JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Material UI, HTML, CSS
Back-End: Python, FastAPI
Databases: NoSQL (Firestore, MongoDB, DynamoDB) and SQL
Cloud: Preferred Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or AWS
CI/CD Tools: Preferred Git, Terraform, Google Cloud Build
Experience developing web and mobile applications
Experience creating and delivering video and interactive content (e.g., experience with JavaScript graphics libraries and video encoding)
Content Creation: experience in creating and delivering video and interactive content using Tumult Hype 4.1, Javascript graphic libraries, and video encoding.
