Alpha Innovation Live

How does your company need to be organised today to make radical innovation possible? The fourth edition of Alpha Innovation Live offers thought-provoking perspectives and practical approaches to exactly this question. 

On 9 September 2026, the event at NOI Techpark in Bolzano will bring together entrepreneurs, C-level executives and innovation leaders from South Tyrol, Italy and the DACH region. The focus: how organisations can evolve their structure, culture and leadership to make room for something radically new alongside their core operations. 

Three thematic focuses will spark ideas around organisational design, the interplay between core and future business and leadership in the age of AI. International experts from academia and industry will share perspectives with direct impact on business practices. 

Over lunch, there will be time for what often sets strong ideas in motion in the first place: open exchange, new perspectives and conversations with people actively shaping the future of business.
