Weβll embark on a journey to discover microorganisms: those living inside our bodies as well as in the food we eat. And what about bacteria? Are they always bad?
Weβll learn what they are and how they grow, how we can observe them up close, and most importantly how these microorganisms transform everyday ingredients into extraordinary foods through a chemical process called fermentation.
