Rental Spaces

We are constantly growing, not only in terms of companies, start-ups, researchers and young talent but also in terms of space. Companies and start-ups that conduct research and development in South Tyrol's strategic technology fields can rent offices from us, as well as laboratories for prototype and pilot tests.

Our offices are between 10 and 90m² in size. They come equipped with electricity and telephone connections and a stable and powerful internet connection (up to 100 Mbps upload and download), as well as automated heating/air conditioning and lighting systems. Should your space requirements change over time, we are flexible and will try to accommodate them as best we can.

This is how we calculate the rental costs:
• Companies: €11.00/m² per month for office space; €9.50/m² per month for laboratory space (the ASTAT annual adjustment to be taken into account).
• Start-ups: €6.50/m² per month for office space; €5.00/m² per month for laboratory space.
This is how we calculate incidental space costs:
• Companies: von 5,00 €/m² per month.
• Start-ups: a fixed amount of €3.00/m² per month;
• €2.00/m² per month for rental space for prototype and pilot tests.
