This position is based at NOI Techpark, Bolzano, and is suitable for candidates who are willing to relocate or commute to Bolzano. Candidates must have Italian residency and be fluent in English and ideally in Italian and German. The company’s working language is English.
Job description
We are seeking a mid-level software developer to design, develop, and maintain software applications. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in programming languages, specifically Python.
Tasks
● Design and implement features for the Arxax H2LLO digital solutions using relevant programming languages and frameworks.
● Collaborate with product managers and UX/UI designers to translate requirements into functional and user-friendly software components.
● Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize the existing codebase to ensure high performance and reliability of the Arxax H2LLO platform.
● Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and best practices.
● Integrate third-party APIs, where necessary, and services to enhance the functionality of the Arxax H2LLO digital solution.
● Write and maintain comprehensive documentation for new and existing solutions components.
Requirements
● Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field: Equivalent practical experience may be considered.
● 2-3 years of professional experience in software development: Specifically strong understanding of Python's syntax, libraries, and best practices.
● Experience with Web Frameworks: Such as Django or Flask.
● Knowledge of Front-End Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
● Database Management: Experience with relational databases e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL
● Version Control Systems: Proficiency in using Git and platforms like GitHub or GitLab.
● Familiarity with AWS Cloud Services
