Main Responsibilities
Project Planning and Management: o Plan, coordinate, and oversee heat-related projects, including hydraulic systems, heat pumps, and composting systems. o Develop and manage detailed work plans to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Technical Design and Implementation: o Oversee the design and installation of heat production plants and systems, such as hydraulic systems and heat pumps. o Ensure that solutions comply with environmental, safety, and quality standards. o Collaborate with engineers and technicians to optimize systems and ensure energy efficiency.
Supplier and Contractor Management: o Select and manage suppliers and contractors for material, component, and equipment supplies. o Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for the company and quality of products/services. o Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with timelines, specifications, and costs.
Quality Control and Safety: o Ensure adherence to quality standards at every stage of the project, from design to completion. o Monitor and ensure safety on job sites and installations, adhering to workplace safety regulations and preventing accidents.
Performance Analysis and Optimization: o Identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions to optimize systems and reduce energy consumption.
Budget and Cost Management: o Manage the project budget, continuously monitoring costs to ensure the project stays within the established financial limits. o Anticipate and manage any unforeseen circumstances that could affect costs, such as technical issues or delays.
Research and Development of Innovative Solutions: o Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in the heat sector to propose innovative and sustainable solutions. o Develop and implement energy solutions that improve the efficiency and sustainability of heat technologies.
Reporting and Documentation: o Prepare project status reports and detailed technical documentation. o Ensure all project documentation (contracts, permits, designs, progress reports, etc.) is complete and up-to-date.

Competency Profile
Education: Degree in Engineering, Energy, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: At least 3-5 years of professional experience in project management in the heat, renewable energy, or hydraulic sectors, preferably with hands-on experience in thermal plants, heat pumps, or renewable energy heating systems.
Expertise: In-depth knowledge of renewable energy technologies and environmental regulations related to energy efficiency and sustainability.
Project Management: Strong skills in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills to clearly present complex ideas and persuade stakeholders.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and derive strategic decisions.
Leadership: Experience leading technical teams and integrating diverse competencies to implement advanced heat solutions. Ability to motivate the team toward excellence, with a focus on safety and quality.
Language Skills: Fluent in German, English, and Italian, both written and spoken.
