Marketing Specialist
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be a key player in our mission to redefine the future of the energy sector, contributing to establishing our company as a leader in adopting sustainable solutions. Main Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy Development
Create and implement long-term and short-term marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services.
2. Brand Communication
Develop marketing content (brochures, articles, presentations, press releases, social media content) that highlights the company’s ecological and technological solutions.
Optimize the company’s online presence, including SEO (search engine optimization) and SEM (search engine marketing), to drive qualified traffic to BioLogik Systems' website.
3. Market and Competitor Analysis
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitors' strategies, adjusting the company’s marketing activities to market dynamics.
Analyze campaign performance data and propose improvements based on actionable insights.
4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to monitor and analyze interactions with customers, improve customer retention, and promote new leads.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with the sales, engineering, and product development teams to align marketing strategies with market needs and product features.
6. Monitoring and Reporting
Prepare detailed reports on campaign effectiveness and suggest modifications to improve results.

Competency Profile
Education:
o Degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics, or a related field.
o Additional certifications in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, or social media management are an advantage.
Experience:
o At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in technology, energy, or renewable energy companies.
Specific Knowledge:
o Digital Marketing: Strong experience in creating and managing digital marketing campaigns, including the use of tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing, and SEO/SEM.
o Social Media Management: Experience in developing content plans for major social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) and analyzing performance metrics.
o Brand Strategy: Experience in managing and promoting a brand’s image, ensuring consistency in brand communication across all channels.
o Content Marketing: Ability to create strategic and informative content (blogs, articles, case studies, white papers) to educate and engage the target audience.
Cross-functional Skills:
o Data Analysis and Reporting: Strong analytical skills in interpreting campaign performance data, optimizing results, and providing strategic reports.
o Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills to create clear and persuasive marketing content and collaborate with internal and external teams.
o Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and opportunities and quickly adjust strategies to improve marketing performance.
o Project Management: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and objectives.
Language Skills:
o Fluent in German, English, and Italian, both written and spoken.
