How it works

OUR OFFER

To ensure a diverse range of programmes at NOI Techpark in Bolzano, we offer space to various coaches. Our courses are accessible to all and can be booked both by NOI community members and external participants. 

REGISTRATION

Each course session can be booked separately. Just click the registration button on your chosen date: you will be redirected to the website or to the registration form of the relevant course provider, where you will receive further information and where you can register for the session. Bookings are always made directly with the provider. 

PRICES & PAYMENT

Prices for single sessions or packages of 5 or 10 vary based on the specific coach and course. The relevant details, including prices and payment methods, can be found in the information section of each course. Payment is made directly to the course provider. 

LOCATION

Courses are held in two gym rooms in building A4 (below the Noisteria). Facilities include changing rooms, lockers and showers.

BODY POWER WORKOUT

Enhance your daily activity level and efficiency: this full-body workout is designed to strengthen your muscles and cardiovascular system, tone your body and boost your metabolism.

PILATES

A full-body workout that strengthens the deeper muscles of the back, the core and the pelvic floor. It incorporates flowing movements and conscious breathing to achieve a harmonious balance between body and mind.

MINDFULNESS MEDITATION TRAINING

Recognise, explore and manage your unconscious habits and patterns of behaviour. Reduce stress and enhance your mental well-being through meditation and mindfulness.

KICKBOXING

HATHA YOGA

Asanas for a powerful and flexible body, mantras, and breathing and relaxation exercises that strengthen your circulation while soothing your mind. By alternating between states of tension and relaxation, Hatha Yoga helps you achieve a healthy balance.

Trial lesson: 14 euros
6-session flex-package: 96 euros
10-session flex-package: 150 euros 
15-session flex-package: 210 euros 
Single session: 17 euros

Flex-packages include Hatha Yoga and PraMeYo.

PRAMEYO

Recharge and recentre: PraMeYo is a mindfulness practice designed to reduce mental overload, stress and physical tension through breathing exercises, meditation and gentle yoga movements.
