Sustainability at its core means doing business in a way that respects future generations. But what does that mean for manufacturing companies in the face of a shortage of skilled workers, volatile raw material prices, interrupted supply chains and rising energy costs? One thing is certain: these challenges can only be met through intelligent and sustainable production, which forms the motto of this year’s International Forum Mechatronics.
NOI Techpark will organise the International Forum Mechatronics 2023 in collaboration with partners from Bavaria, Upper Austria, Switzerland, and the Euregio partner regions of Tyrol and Trentino. The forum will provide the automotive, mechanical engineering, agricultural engineering and IT sectors with a platform to present research and development results and initiate new partnerships. Opened in May, the venue is NOI Techpark in Bruneck/Brunico, a centre for the sustainable mobility of tomorrow with a strong focus on sustainable manufacturing.
What can the participants expect? A cooperation exchange will bring companies together with experts, while visits to local showcase companies and reference projects will provide insights into South Tyrol’s economy. At the forum, distinguished speakers will shed light on various aspects of mechatronics. The evening reception, organised jointly with the Automotive Excellence network, will provide an opportunity to network and discuss with other participants.
The event is subject to a fee.
For IFM cluster members: 353,80€ (290€ + 22% VAT)
Standard ticket: 451,40€ (370€ + 22% VAT)
The event is held in German with simultaneous translation into Italian.
