Companies that want to secure and improve their competitiveness need to review their business processes and take a critical look at their innovation capacity in order to adapt to new market needs.
Often small and medium enterprises do not have experts within the organisation to assess their innovation capacity. The project KAIROS, which is offered by the members of Enterprise Europe Network, provides SMEs with two services to improve the innovation capacity.
The first service supports SMEs in designing and implementing their own innovation management system. Within the second service coaching sessions with experts are offered to implement a personalised innovation action plan. The second service is only available for companies that have already participated in the EU programmes EIC Accelerator, FTI Fast track to Innovation, or FET OPEN.
