What the lab researches

Maker Space

South Tyrol's largest Maker Space for prototypes and small series.

Not-for-profit: this is a high-tech workshop for companies, start-ups and private makers.

Give ideas concrete form and produce straightforward product prototypes without a significant investment. The Maker Space, our experimental hardware lab for companies, start-ups, private individuals and the maker community, makes this possible. The best part: in the Maker Space, you can work under the guidance of experts or entirely on your own. You can make prototypes or even start a small series to test them on the market.

Wood, metal, electronics and textiles: machines and personnel are at your disposal.

The Maker Space is divided into a wood workshop, a metal workshop, an electronics area and a textile area. It is equipped with a laser scanner, a 3D scanner, a range of 3D printers, a vinyl and laminate cutter, CNC milling machines and many other tools and useful resources for the production of hardware prototypes. There is nothing complicated about it. You simply use the rooms and equipment. If required, we can provide 3D printing services. From rapid prototyping to accompanied prototype construction to individual use: we support you with qualified personnel and training. The on-site experts also help you to operate the equipment safely.
