Additive Manufacturing – challenges in design, materials and production

Additive manufacturing (AM) has made progress in recent years - but is it enough to move it from hype to a serious manufacturing alternative? On 19 March 2024, we want to take a closer look at the latest developments: To promote constructive dialogue, we are bringing together researchers, design experts and manufacturers in the field of additive manufacturing with software and 3D printing machine developers, as well as potential customers of AM machines and products.

Experts from different areas of additive manufacturing will provide valuable insights into relevant use cases, new and sustainably sourced materials and their use, special designs, as well as opportunities for decentralised production and the role of data and software. Our exhibition area will also showcase best practice examples, machines and concepts.

We look forward to welcoming you at the NOI Techpark in Bolzano on 19 March 2024 at 2 pm. The event will be held in English and is free of charge.
