Job description

You will join PlantVoice’s Sales Team. Working closely with an innovation-driven and internationally oriented team, you will contribute to the company’s expansion into foreign markets through business development activities, customer acquisition, and the establishment of strategic partnerships.

Tasks

  • Develop new business opportunities and expand PlantVoice’s international presence.

  • Conduct active prospecting and acquire new customers in the AgriBusiness sector.

  • Identify customers’ agronomic needs and propose solutions based on the integration of PlantVoice sensors to improve crop yields and sustainability.

  • Manage business development, lead generation, and new customer acquisition activities.

  • Build and strengthen long-term business relationships with customers and strategic partners.

  • Participate in international trade fairs, industry events, and field demonstrations to promote PlantVoice technology.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle through the company CRM, from lead generation to after-sales support.

  • Monitor and develop the sales pipeline.

Requirements

Mid-level professional with preferably at least 3 years of experience in Export Sales, Business Development, International Sales, or B2B commercial development roles. Previous experience in sales-related positions is considered an advantage. Knowledge of the agricultural sector, agricultural technologies, irrigation systems, and precision farming is considered a strong asset. An existing customer portfolio is considered a plus.

Continuous on-site presence is required at the PlantVoice office located within NOI Techpark in Bolzano.

Excellent command of English and German is mandatory. Additional foreign languages will be considered an advantage.

Strong autonomy, excellent negotiation skills, and a results-oriented mindset.

Team player with the ability to work effectively in dynamic and rapidly growing environments.

Valid Category B driving license and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
