This laboratory carries out analysis on agri-food products to verify the possible presence of residues of phytosanitary products. Any residues (fungicides, insecticides, herbicides) are extracted, purified, and then analysed through different laboratory tools operating based on mass spectrometry combined with gas chromatography (GC-MS) or liquid chromatography (LC-MS).
