You will represent Functional with your friendly, communicative way to both new and existing customers, handle customer inquiries promptly, and improve our customer service and retention.

Tasks

• Building and maintaining customer relationships
• Handling customer inquiries in a friendly and efficient manner and providing information on products, prices and orders
• Identifying customer needs and taking sales opportunities

Requirements

• Good knowledge of German and Italian
• Preferably first experience in customer service or sales
• Strong communication skills and joy in talking to customers as well as talent in identifying and solving problems
