Job description

We are looking for an administrative secretary to support the management office.

Tasks

  • Management of invoices and other payment deadlines, documents drafting, fulfilment and archiving of administrative procedures
  • Dealing with our accountant for the management of F24 and similar tasks (periodical ISTAT communications, digital signature, etc.)
  • Assist in the management of suppliers, orders and paper post; planning the meetings agenda in behalf of the management office

Requirements

  • Previous experience, even minimal, in similar positions
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Knowledge of English (basic-intermediate level) is a preferential qualification
