Administration: part-time / smart-working
We are looking for a dynamic and organized employee to manage the administration of our company!
Required qualifications:
· Experience in handling phone calls and answering customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
· Ability to manage and schedule staff appointments
· Part-time availability for approximately 15 hours per week
· Fluent knowledge of German, Italian, and English languages
· Ability to work in smart-working mode, offering flexibility in working hours

Responsibilities:
· Answering incoming calls and directing requests to the appropriate employees
· Organizing and managing staff and customer appointments, maintaining an updated calendar
· Performing secretarial and administrative activities, such as managing emails and preparing documents
· Collaborating with the team to ensure that the office is efficient and well organized
